Here we are in Berlin. What a joy to be here! Today we met with Estella & Vidal Gonzalez, our coffee farmers. We met with them at our coffee finca. 
While we were meeting them in the building at the finca, it was raining so hard that we were having to yell to be heard. 
What added to the noise was the fact that the roof was made of lamina, a common roof material here. It was so odd to see & hear the rain after leaving the Iowa drought behind. Much discussion took place & time will tell if progress was made towards our decaf hopes.
Back at the house & more showers later & we're relaxing after a productive meeting with the pastoral team. 
Life provides interesting opportunities & I count myself blessed to be a part of this one.
